What happened to Coffee Tea Cacao Expo?
Coffee Tea Cacao Expo has not disappeared. From 2027, the exhibition will continue to develop as part of the unified CAFEX brand. Its experience, professional community, business programme, exhibition expertise and key industry areas will remain, while developing within a broader, integrated structure.
Will HORECA Expo take place in 2027?
Yes. The HORECA area will remain, but from 2027 it will develop as part of the combined CAFEX project rather than as a separate exhibition under its former name. Solutions for coffee shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries and other foodservice formats will remain an important part of the new event.
What is CAFEX?
CAFEX is a unified trade exhibition platform bringing together Coffee Tea Cacao Expo and HORECA Expo. The new brand brings the coffee, tea, cocoa and chocolate industries together with the HoReCa sector in one space, including solutions for coffee shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries, confectioneries and related business formats.
Has the organiser changed?
No. The organiser has not changed. CAFEX continues to be organised by ITH, which has worked with trade exhibitions, business projects and professional communications in the food and foodservice industries for more than 25 years.
What has changed about the exhibition?
The main change is that the two exhibition areas are coming together under the unified CAFEX brand. This creates a more cohesive exhibition, strengthens the business programme, brings professional audiences together and provides a convenient meeting place for producers, suppliers, buyers, business owners and industry experts.
Will the championships continue?
Yes. Professional championships and special projects will remain an important part of the CAFEX ecosystem. As the programme is published, the website will provide up-to-date information about formats, regulations, participants and championship schedules.
Where will CAFEX 2027 take place?
CAFEX 2027 will take place on 14–16 April 2027 at Timiryazev Centre in Moscow.
