Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I, the data subject (the User), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, hereby consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.
Consent is given when completing and submitting any form on the website https://cafex-expo.ru and is confirmed by ticking the corresponding box in the form. Ticking the box is equivalent to the User's handwritten signature and constitutes acceptance of this consent in full.

2. Information identifying the User
The User is identified by the data entered in the Website form: surname, first name, patronymic (if provided), e-mail address and/or telephone number, and the other data listed in Section 4.
3. Purposes of processing
3.1. Reviewing and handling an enquiry submitted through the Website forms or by e-mail and providing a response.
3.2. Registration of a visitor to the CAFEX exhibition, placement and performance of a ticket order, admission to the exhibition and order support.
3.3. Processing an application to take part in the exhibition as an exhibitor, partner, sponsor, business programme speaker, competition participant or media representative, and accreditation and issuance of passes.
3.4. Sending organisational (service) messages required for attendance or participation.
3.5. Ensuring the operation and security of the Website and preventing unlawful acts.
3.6. Performing agreements concluded between the User and the Operator and complying with the Operator's statutory obligations.
Processing for the purpose of sending advertising messages is not covered by this consent and is carried out only under the separate Consent to Receive the E-mail Newsletter.
4. Personal data covered by the consent
4.1. Surname, first name, patronymic (if provided).
4.2. E-mail address.
4.3. Telephone number.
4.4. Company name, position, field of activity — where those fields are completed by the User.
4.5. Country and city (region) — where those fields are completed by the User.
4.6. The content of the enquiry and correspondence with the Operator.
4.7. Order, ticket and registration data and their status.
4.7.1. Where the exhibitor personal account is used — account credentials (login, e-mail address, password hash, confirmation codes), details of the organisation represented and of the user's authority, the personal account activity log, application history and uploaded materials.
4.8. Technical data on the use of the Website: IP address, date and time of the request, browser and operating system data, referring page, actions on the Website, cookie identifiers.
Special categories of personal data, biometric personal data and personal data authorised for dissemination are not covered by this consent.
5. Actions with personal data and methods of processing
5.1. The Operator may carry out: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) in the cases set out in Section 6, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
5.2. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation (mixed processing).
5.3. Recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating and retrieval are carried out using databases located in the Russian Federation.
5.4. The Operator does not take decisions producing legal effects concerning the User solely on the basis of automated processing of their personal data.
6. Transfer and processing on instruction
6.1. This consent includes the Operator's right to entrust the processing of personal data to third parties under a contract containing an obligation to maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of personal data and setting out data protection requirements.
6.2. Processing may be entrusted to: hosting and information system providers located in the Russian Federation; e-mail and notification distribution service providers; web analytics providers; the acquiring bank and payment service; the fiscal data operator; the electronic document management operator; telecommunications operators; organisations providing registration, accreditation, access control and technical organisation of the exhibition; and the owner of the venue.
6.3. The current list of categories of recipients is set out in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy. The Operator remains liable to the User for the acts of the parties to whom processing is entrusted.
6.4. Personal data are transferred to other parties solely in the cases prescribed by Russian law, including at the request of competent state authorities.
6.5. The Operator does not plan cross-border transfers for the purposes of this consent. If the actual infrastructure requires such a transfer, it may occur only after compliance with Article 12 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" and an update of the applicable documents before the transfer begins.
7. Term of the consent and withdrawal
7.1. The consent is valid from the day it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the User, unless another retention period is prescribed by Russian law. Retention periods for each purpose are set out in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
7.2. The consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written request:
- to info@cafex-expo.ru (from the address used when giving the consent, or with information sufficient to identify the User);
- by post to: 123060, Moscow, ul. Berzarina 36, bldg 2, office 415.
7.3. Upon withdrawal the Operator ceases processing and destroys the data within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the withdrawal, except where the Operator is entitled to continue processing without the User's consent on other grounds provided for by Articles 6(1), 6(2), 10(2) and 11(2) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" (in particular, performance of a concluded contract, compliance with a statutory obligation, and protection of the Operator's rights and legitimate interests).
7.4. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its receipt and does not override statutory retention requirements.
8. Rights of the User
8.1. The User may obtain information about the processing of their personal data, require their updating, blocking or destruction, withdraw consent, object to processing for the promotion of goods, works and services, and appeal against the Operator's acts to Roskomnadzor or in court.
8.2. The procedure and time limits for exercising these rights are set out in Section 10 of the Privacy Policy.
9. Confirmation
This consent applies only to the purposes, data and user journey expressly identified beside the separate checkbox in the relevant form. The Operator records the checkbox text, purpose code, document version, date and source of the decision. By separately ticking the box "I consent to the processing of personal data" and submitting the form, the User confirms that they:
- have read this consent and the Privacy Policy in full;
- give consent freely, of their own will and in their own interest;
- have provided accurate information;
- where third parties' personal data are provided, have legal grounds to transfer them to the Operator and have informed those persons that their data will be processed by the Operator.
