Version of 05.09.2026
This English text is provided for information only. The legally binding version is the Russian one, available at https://cafex-expo.ru/ru/legal/email-consent. In case of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.
This consent is given voluntarily and is not a condition of purchasing a ticket, registering, participating in the CAFEX exhibition or receiving a reply to an enquiry. Declining to give it has no adverse consequences for the User.
1. Substance of the consent
1.1. I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give prior consent to Limited Liability Company "Mezhdunarodny Dom Chaya" (OGRN 1157746645660, INN 7729467886; address: 119526, Moscow, ul. 26-ti Bakinskikh Komissarov 4, bldg 3, apt. 48; postal address: 123060, Moscow, ul. Berzarina 36, bldg 2, office 415; the Operator) to receive advertising messages at the e-mail address I have provided.
1.2. The consent is given pursuant to Article 18(1) of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 "On Advertising", under which the distribution of advertising via telecommunications networks is permitted only with the prior consent of the subscriber or addressee.
1.3. Consent is at the same time given to the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in Section 3, in accordance with Article 9(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".
2. Content of the newsletter
The newsletter may include:
- news about the CAFEX exhibition and the industry;

3. Purposes of processing
3.1. Sending advertising messages by e-mail.
3.2. Maintaining and updating the subscriber base and recording subscription and unsubscribe status.
3.3. Measuring the effectiveness of the newsletter in anonymised and aggregated form (delivery, opens, link clicks).
3.4. Personalising the content of the newsletter based on the field of activity indicated by the subscriber.
4. Personal data covered
4.1. E-mail address.
4.2. Surname and first name (if provided) — for personalised salutation.
4.3. Company name, position, field of activity — where provided by the subscriber.
4.4. Subscription data: date and source of subscription, IP address and timestamp of confirmation, subscription status, unsubscribe date.
4.5. Technical data on interaction with e-mails (delivery, opens, link clicks).
5. Actions with personal data
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to a contracted mailing service provider, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Initial recording and storage of Russian citizens' personal data use databases located in the Russian Federation. Transfer conditions and contractor categories are described in the Privacy Policy; where infrastructure changes, the Operator first complies with all applicable legal requirements.
6. Parties to whom processing is entrusted
Processing of the e-mail address and subscription data may be entrusted to a mailing service provider under a contract providing for confidentiality and security obligations. The categories of recipients are set out in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
7. Term and unsubscribing
7.1. The consent is valid from the day it is given until withdrawn.
7.2. You may unsubscribe at any time:
- via the "Unsubscribe" link included in every advertising e-mail;
- by sending a request to info@cafex-expo.ru.
7.3. Upon receipt of the request the Operator ceases sending advertising messages immediately (Article 18(1) of the Federal Law "On Advertising").
7.4. Unsubscribing constitutes withdrawal of this consent in the part relating to processing for advertising purposes. The Operator may retain the e-mail address and the record of the unsubscribe request for 3 (three) years in order to prevent repeat advertising messages and to evidence compliance — on the basis of Article 6(1)(7) of the Federal Law "On Personal Data".
7.5. Unsubscribing does not stop organisational (service) messages required to perform a completed registration, order or enquiry (see the Service Communications Notice).
8. Confirmation
