Visiting the exhibition.
Who can visit CAFEX?
The exhibition is for trade visitors aged 18 and over: business owners, executives, buyers, specialists from relevant companies, associations and public authorities.
Can I bring a child?
No. Children, including babies in pushchairs, are not permitted.
Can I bring an animal?
No. Animals are not permitted.
Do I need to prove my professional status?
The organiser may request a business card, letter of authorisation, official letter or another document confirming professional status.
Tickets and entry.
How many days is a ticket valid for?
One ticket is valid for all three exhibition days during opening hours.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
No. Tickets are issued to named visitors and may not be transferred, resold or used by another person.
Can I re-enter on the same day?
To re-enter, reactivate your ticket at registration and present identification.
When does entry close?
Entry closes 30 minutes before the exhibition ends.
How can I recover my ticket?
If you cannot find your ticket, open the «Recover ticket» page and enter the email address used during registration. If the email matches a registration and the ticket is valid, it will be sent again to that address.
Tastings and health.
Who is responsible for allergies and contraindications?
Visitors are responsible for assessing their health, allergies, individual contraindications and suitable tasting quantities.
Are alcoholic drinks served at tastings?
Alcohol may only be tasted by visitors of legal age. It must not be consumed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
