Work may only be carried out by accredited contractors.
Contractors building custom stands must be accredited by the exhibition centre's general contractor.
Before installation begins
The stand design, technical documentation and contractor details must be approved within the deadlines set by the organiser.

The organiser publishes the exact dates for design submission, approval, move-in, installation and dismantling for each exhibition and participation.
