Service Communications and Contact Channels Notice

This Notice explains communications necessary for registration, placement and performance of an order, issue and use of a Ticket, participation in CAFEX or handling an enquiry. It is not consent to advertising.
1. Sender and legal grounds
1.1. Service communications are sent by International Tea House LLC (OOO "Mezhdunarodny Dom Chaya"), OGRN 1157746645660, INN 7729467886; registered address: 4, Building 3, Apt. 48, ul. 26-ti Bakinskikh Komissarov, Moscow 119526, Russian Federation; postal address: Office 415, 36 Building 2, ul. Berzarina, Moscow 123060, Russian Federation (the Operator).
1.2. Contact details are processed and communications objectively necessary to enter into or perform a contract are sent under Article 6(1)(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data". Communications required by law are sent in performance of the Operator's applicable legal obligation.
1.3. Separate marketing consent is not required for these communications. A service communication must not contain independent advertising of goods, works or services.
2. Service communications
Service communications include:
- confirmation of registration and of placement, payment, amendment or cancellation of an Order;
- fiscal receipts and other documents required by law;
- electronic Tickets, badges, access codes and instructions for their use;
- Ticket recovery messages;
- changes to dates, venue, opening hours, programme, access rules or venue requirements;
- cancellation or postponement notices and refund instructions;
- requests for information necessary to perform an Order;
- responses and messages concerning refunds, payments and support.
3. Contact channels
3.1. The primary channel is the e-mail address supplied upon registration, ordering or enquiry.
3.2. SMS, messengers, push notifications and account messages are used only where the channel is actually supported and to the extent necessary for the relevant interaction.
3.3. The User must supply contact details that they are entitled to use and promptly notify the Operator of changes.
4. Discontinuing an optional channel
4.1. The User may contact info@cafex-expo.ru to discontinue an optional contact channel or change contact details.
4.2. The Operator may continue communications necessary to perform an existing Order, deliver a Ticket, comply with law, or notify the User of cancellation, postponement or a material change. Where permitted by law, the User may end such communications by cancelling the relevant service in the prescribed manner.
5. Personal data
The Operator processes the User's first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number where used, and data relating to registration, Orders, payments, Tickets, enquiries and message delivery. Processing, retention and recipient categories are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Advertising is separate
News, special offers, partner materials and other advertising are sent only under a separate voluntary consent for the relevant channel. Opting out of advertising does not affect service communications.
