Consent to Advertising by SMS and Messengers

This consent is voluntary, is not pre-selected and is not a condition of registration, Ticket purchase or attendance at CAFEX.
1. Consent
I give International Tea House LLC (OOO "Mezhdunarodny Dom Chaya"), OGRN 1157746645660, INN 7729467886, registered address: 4, Building 3, Apt. 48, ul. 26-ti Bakinskikh Komissarov, Moscow 119526, Russian Federation (the Operator) my prior consent to receive advertising at the telephone number I provide by SMS and messengers supported by the Operator.
The consent is given under Article 18(1) of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 "On Advertising" and includes processing the telephone number and subscription evidence for this purpose.
2. Content
Messages may contain CAFEX news, invitations, registration and programme announcements, special offers, discounts, and partner or sponsor materials distributed by the Operator in its own name. This consent does not authorise transfer of the telephone number to partners for their own advertising.
3. Data and evidence
The Operator processes the telephone number, name if supplied, organisation and sector if supplied, date, time, IP address, source and version of consent, selected channels, subscription and opt-out status, and delivery data. Evidence is retained for the period necessary to comply with law and defend legal rights.
4. Opt-out
The User may opt out by the method stated in the message or by writing to info@cafex-expo.ru. Advertising stops promptly upon receipt. A suppression record containing the number and the fact and date of opt-out may be retained for up to three years solely to prevent repeat advertising and demonstrate compliance.
Opting out does not stop service communications necessary to perform a registration or Order.
5. Confirmation
By separately checking “I want to receive CAFEX advertising by SMS and messengers”, the User confirms that the consent is voluntary and that they are entitled to use the telephone number provided.
