The regional qualifiers for the Barista of the Year award will take place across Russia during the 2026–2027 season.
- Moscow: 22–23 August 2026, CHASHKA Festival, Danilovsky Hall.
- Grozny: 18–20 September 2026, GROCOFEST, Grozny Mall.
- Petrozavodsk: November 2026, Gastrosol / Joki.
- Krasnodar: autumn–winter 2026–2027, Crown Plaza.
- Novosibirsk: 1–3 December 2026, Novosibirsk Expocentre, Siberian Food Week.
- Khabarovsk: February 2027, Gigant cinema.
- Kaliningrad: February–March 2027; venue to be confirmed.
The national competition will take place in Moscow on 14–15 April at CAFEX.

Applications are accepted until 1 October 2026. Regional rounds must be completed by 20 February 2027.
